AI Apps & Kênh Chat
AI Apps are ready-made tasks in Dashboard → Ứng dụng AI (revidapi.com/dashboard/ung-dung): pick a task, give a document or a description, done.
- Billed like chat: real tokens of the model you choose, plus the data endpoint fee where used. No subscription.
- Token-light: PDF, Word and Excel are parsed in your browser; the AI only receives the few relevant passages or a computed summary.
- Files are not uploaded to RevidAPI servers.

Key behaviours
- Document Q&A: chunked (~700 chars) and searched locally (BM25, accent-insensitive); each question sends at most 4 passages (≤ 3,200 chars) with page citations.
- Data extraction: one row per file (invoices, CVs, contracts, business cards; images need a vision model), CSV export with BOM for Excel.
- Meeting minutes: paste a direct audio/video link (25 credits transcription) or an existing transcript.
- Data analysis: CSV/Excel summarised in the browser (totals, top groups, per month) — a 900-row sheet becomes ~1.4K chars; charts render inline.
- Sales research: 5 credits per data call; only the reduced table is sent to the AI. The ad
ctr value is a relative 0–1 score.
- WordPress publishing: connect with an Application Password (Users → Profile). WordPress only allows Application Passwords over HTTPS. The browser calls your WordPress directly.

Installs a private Node.js 22, cloudflared (HTTPS for webhooks) and an auto-start service, then prints the admin URL and password.
Re-run the same command to update; data is kept. Channels: Zalo personal (QR, unofficial — use a spare number), Zalo OA, Facebook Pages
(subscribe messages and message_echoes), Telegram (BotFather token). Shared inbox with human takeover (bot pauses 2 hours per conversation),
documents (PDF up to 60 MB, text, web pages), quick answers (0 tokens), working hours, and a per-key daily spend cap.
